The loudest silence explores the issue of anxiety and the feelings of being overwhelmed and overcome by negative thoughts. In this portraiture series, practical and creative elements are employed to evoke a sense of what living with anxiety can feel like. Gathering inspiration from the works of Joachim Schmid and Robert Rauschenberg, these images have been physically manipulated by in order to give a sense of the intensity of anxiety.
