My previous design work seeks to explore typography and it’s ability to convey a strong message. Through the use of bold, stimulating colours I attempt to tackle social issues in my work, such as depression in young adults. My goal has been to destigmatize and create conversation around difficult and weighty problems such as climate change and mental health problems. I hope to inspire change and thought through engaging illustrative designs and use of powerful typography.

My final work tackles the issue of fast fashion, and the enormous amounts of pollution produced by this industry, through the application of eco-design concepts and typography. I have focused on how designers can utilise their practice to effect positive change around social issues. This has manifested in the design of Eve, a mobile app which employs reductive, eco-friendly design in order to simplify complex information and encourage environmentally friendly habits.
